The promised Qatar Airways 2 for 1 offer is finally here. The offer lets you buy 2 economy tickets on Qatar Airways for the price of one. However the discount is only on the base price. Nevertheless, discount is significant.

I tried out a test booking from Houston (IAH) to Delhi, India (DEL) for test dates 11May to 23May. The discount comes to $350 per person. So, hurry and buy your tickets. The offer ends at midnight tomorrow. The terms and conditions are as follows

• Travel between: 1st May and 14th June 2011(all travel completed by 14th June)
• Purchase dates: 13th and 14th April 2011, according to the local time of your departure city
• Offer applicable to fare only. Taxes & fees must be paid
• Valid on Qatar Airways operated flights only
• Limited to Economy class (Booking classes H, K, Q, M, L, B, and Y only) tickets cannot be upgraded using Qmiles

• Bookings between Buenos Aires and Sao Paulo not permitted
